ZL Podcast #26 - CES Day 3: Dell Venue Here, Mac App Store Here, BlackBerry PlayBook Sprint 4G...

Yes, this is the third day of the ZL Studios CES 2011 coverage, news has started to slow down a bit, but there is still plenty to talk about. So Verizon is going to have an event in NYC Tuesday. Rumors are spreading it will be about a Verizon iPhone since they just had a keynote at CES 2011 not too long ago. Reycom is going to sell their Windows Media Center for $499 it's more of a set top box because it uses Windows Media Center's embedded version. HyperMac is back with the HyperJuice, same battery, different name, but now HyperJuice can legally sell the batteries. A world record for the highest number of beats per minute using a guitar was beaten at the Intel booth at CES 2011. And Dell announced that their Dell Venue is coming to the US unlocked laster this year. It should be on AT&T, and a T-Mobile version could possibly come later. Steve Ballmer is talking about maybe having Kinect support for Windows. We've seen the device get hacked to run with Windows so Microsoft doesn't have much to do. Sony's PlayStation Phone was demoed in China and showed something called PlayStation Pocket. The specs were also leaked and they were pretty nice, a really great GPU. ViewSonic's PLED-W200 DLP pico projector was showed off, and this really nice projector really looks good, it's $479.
